  CBF has provided collection services to numerous clients nationwide since 1931. 
  During this time we have consistently achieved a higher recovery rate for our
  clients than the industry average.  CBF aggressively pursues collection of all

• Credit Reporting
  Accounts placed with CBF for collection are automatically reported on the
  debtors national credit file after 30 days if the account is not satisfied.  This affects
  the consumer when they attempt to make a major purchase or obtain additional
  credit regardless of where they go.  CBF currently reports to Trans Union and

• Nationwide Coverage & Skip Tracing
  CBF will collect and skip trace your delinquent accounts nationwide.  Every debtor
  referred to CBF is run through a National Change of Address (NCOA) Database
  which provides daily access to the United States Postal Database (USPD)
  and the Donnelly Marketing Database compiled from the Electronic White Pages,
  Auto Registrrations, and 280 Ancillary Sources.  Any matches automatically update
  the debtors demographic information.  CBF also utilizes real time access to the debtors

• Full Electronic Capabilities & State of the Art Technology
  CBF operates using CR Software's state-of-the-art Platinum Collection Resource System (CRS). 
  This software allows us to maximize the management and monitoring of your delinquent
  accounts.  CRS also allows us to provide you with the most  efficient and up-to-date
  electronic services including, but not limited to:

• Electronic Account Referral
  For your convenience, CBF can accept the referral of your accounts electronically
  via the media of your choice (i.e., CD, diskette, cartridge tape, modem transfer,
  FTP, web transactions or E-Mail).  We can also work with the record layouts produced
  by your system.  This means less time and effort on your end.
  
• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
  CBF can transmit monies collected on your accounts directly to your bank account. 
  We are able to schedule timely deposits to your account which helps to increase your cash flow.
  
• On Line Access
  CBF can provide your office with the ability to directly access your accounts by
  dialing into our servers.  CRS is an easy-to-use menu driven system with clearly
  displayed options.  This access enables you to obtain real time status

  Our standard rates are based on the age of your account (from the 1st delinquency date)
